Rules of Play

Lift, Clean, & Place - Players may lift, clean, and place their ball within one club length, no closer to the hole.

Lost Ball Rule - Players have a maximum of three minutes to search for a lost ball. If not found, it must be treated as lost.

Alternative OB Ruling - Instead of stroke & distance, players may take a two-stroke penalty and drop the ball in the nearest fairway entry point.

Second Ball Rule - If unsure of a ruling, play a second ball and record both scores. A ruling will be determined after the round.

Weather Policy

In the event of dangerous weather (e.g., lightning), play will be suspended until conditions improve.

If play cannot resume, a decision regarding rescheduling or refunds will be made.

Tiebreaker Policy

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a scorecard playoff starting on hole 6.

Scorekeeping & Verification

Players must exchange scorecards within their group.

A designated scoring area will be set up for score confirmation.

Once submitted, scores are final and cannot be altered.

Player Responsibilities

Check-in at least 30 minutes before start.

A brief pre-round meeting will be held to review key rules.

Players are expected to respect fellow competitors, the course, and the tournament staff.
